I've been thinking about adding sprints lately, and the snow is melting away here in Sweden so the timing is pretty good.
I'm on the TM, just starting out (or starting over, to be specific), and I read on the forum that one sprinting session a week wouldn't hurt your recovery. I'm aiming for exceeding in 100 meter sprints, but I need proper technique. If you have experience with adding sprints to the TM or sprint training in general (technique especially), please comment. Any good book on the subject?

Lastly, I'll just say this, I want to learn to sprint because I want to sprint fast, not because I want to burn fat or anything.
