Please, comment my technique on the squat.
Hi,
I apologize if the video quality is too bad to tell anything.
Six reps instead of five, because, well, I'm an idiot. For some reason I thought I did five. I guess that's why the last rep looks uglier.
Also, I'm 5'8" and 181 lbs. Do I need to eat more? I still feel fine with recovering from workouts.

Shitty video. Squats are a little high, I think. In fact, the video is so bad that I cannot tell from the video how much you need to eat.

You need to slow down in my opinion - you're dive-bombing the reps. Your reps are very inconsistent. Sometimes you are coming up on your toes, sometimes your knees are coming forward. Depth is different each time.
Try to stay tight and under control going down and only think "bounce" in the last inch or two. Once you've reversed direction then you can power out at the best speed you can manage (which will be slow because the weight will be heavy).
