    Default paleo induced ketosis

    Have you seen any people on powerlifting styled workouts gain strength/muscle while in ketosis and following basic paleo principles?

    Maybe that person mixes in 2-3 sweet potatoes per week to bump himself temporarily out of ketosis. Does he or she have enough carbs throughout the week to continue building strength on major lifts,or will performance suffer?

    Not even close. Most people who are Paleo aren't really in ketosis anyway- their protein intake is too high and, usually, so is there carbohydrates.

    If you care about performance, you won't be on a ketogenic diet.
