"Good" Form Thread?
Is there a thread on here compiled with videos of people actually doing these exercizes correctly?
One thing Rip says to do before sending him a video is to compare yours to the tons of others on here.
The only problem with that is I can only seem to find examples of squats/deadlifts that need correction, so it's hard to use that to compare with my own to figure out exactly what I need to correct.
I've got the basic deal down, but i can't tell if my knees are sliding forward or not. They don't at the bottom, but I got comments last time that my knees should be set in the first third of the descent. I have long legs... seems like it takes longer for them to get there, but they don't move once i'm in the bottom of the squat. Can't tell if I am off on this or not.
