Squat Form Check
-
What's with the guy in the background throwing the dumbbell??
Two things though, some of the reps do seem high and you also seem to be descending too slow.. not getting rebound.. but I'm not nearly qualified enough to comment on your form, so I'll leave most of that to the more experienced folk...

I watched the 2nd and 3rd sets, and overall, they don't look too bad, but here are a few things you may want to look at:
You are looking up instead of down, try to look about 6-7 feet in front of you during the lift.
Quite a few of your squats are high, and this may be due to the fact that you are dropping down slowly and trying to feel for the bottom with your ass. You need to drop a little quicker than that, keep your knees out and try and get the rebound out of the hole.
The bar seems to be slightly high on your back
Hope this helps

Thanks. Good stuff. Yeah, it looked to me like I was moving a little slow, but I'm a little nervous to just drop it down. I guess I should give it a try with some lighter weight to get the feel. It feels like I have to force it to even get that low.
LOL at the guy throwing the weights around. He's there whenever I am. Looks like an abercrombie model. He was going apeshit after he squated 315, but i'd be generous if I said he was doing quarter squats.
Thanks for the replies, and anything else is greatly appreciated.
