After terible patella pain I took 3 weeks off widened my stance and focusing on staying on staying on my midfoot and not heel. Felt much better today. Feel like reps 3-5 were best.

Next I have signed up for the SSC in seatle. Any advice? I have been a full time trainer for just over 10 years useing barbells since 2009 and have read all 3 editions of SS and the last 2 of PP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!! I want to join your ranks badly!!!

Squats look pretty good. Last two may have been a half inch high, but I would not be prepared to testify to that in a court of law.

    Have you read this:

I was hoping you could take a look at my squat again it is back up to 340, zero knee pain, tons of hamie , ass, adductor soreness. Just want to double check make sure it is on.

The I was hoping you could look at my deadlift. Started with over under grip, did not feel to good so strapped up the last 4 reps. Thank you in advance!!

Squats are good, though I think you knees are a little vertical, but not bad. Keep truckin.
