You've posted your (substantial) progress elsewhere, I'd just like to help your realize you're not actually a fragile Old Guy, the program is supposed to be hard, it's supposed to scare you a little, the last couple reps are supposed to challenge your form, and you're supposed to Do The Program until you actually can't - not until you suspect* you can't.
