Deadlifting issue
Hi Rip,
I'm having a problem with my deadlift. Every time I pull heavy my back feels like shit for days and its lead to me not making much progress for about 5 months now. I dont believe the problem is my form, which you can see here:
Heres the interesting part though: I can do (butchered) RDLs and GMings without any problems, but the second I try pulling conventionally my back gets injured. I did a 360x5 RDL and my back felt great after, but injured myself doing the 385x5 in that video a couple weeks later.
Do you know what the problem might be?

There are some minor technique problems I would correct if you were here, but nothing that would cause these back problems. Most people pull incorrectly, and most people are still fine. So I really don't know.
