    Default Shoulder Destroyed

I destroyed my shoulder on my last bench press. I was doing 3x5 at 215. I tried to do my next standing press sets but couldn’t get past the third warm up set. I tried some closed grip bench. No go. I can’t grip the bar to squat or deadlift without intense pain.

How do I get it back? I watched Grant Broggi’s recent shoulder rehab, but I can’t even do push ups. I can order a Marrs Bar in a couple of weeks. What do I do in the meantime?

What does this mean you “destroyed” your shoulder?

Is there a video of your bench press?

You want a diagnosis from me? Are you sure about that?

I don't think there's any coming back from a literally destroyed shoulder. Sounds pretty permanent to me.

Right. Just get your affairs in order and wait for the infection to kill you.

I injured it to the point where I can’t bench. I won’t know the extent of the injury until I get a diagnosis. But it hurts to move my arm.
