New to the app but not lifting. Starting with three sets of bar alone for squats and then progressing to near where I am at 10 pounds a workout is not going to cut it. So how so I set the initial weights to something more in line to my abilities?
you can tap the workset weight and it will allow you to change the weight to whatever you want.
