LTE solo
I'd like to add LTE's to my programming when I finish my LP (soon), but I lift alone in my garage. I've seen Rip's video and read that section in SS3, and he says a spotter is necessary for "heavy" LTE's. I'm planning on 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Is it possible and worthwhile for me to do these on my own?

Yes, if you can do 3 sets of 10-12, they shouldn't be too heavy to do alone.
