Balancing days A & B in SS
Hello,
After the first phase of the program, Day A includes Bench + Deadlift (or power clean) and Day B Press + Chin Ups. Just judging from the weights pulled in each case, I believe that A is "harder" than B (you can push more weight with Bench than Press and pull more weight with Deadlift than Chin Ups). Alternating Days A & B does not change this, there will be always a correlation between Bench+Deadlift on one day and Press+ChinUps on the other.
Isn't there a kind of imbalance between days A & B this way? perhaps negligible? Or am I just talking completely nonsense?
