One of the advantages of our training style is that you don't need a huge amount of gear to provide a decent space for lots of people to work out in. I know lots of us have got garage gyms, and some of us aren't solo and have someone else here, too. Let's use this thread to show 'em off, and tell us how many people are using it.

I've got a double-car garage, we're just using half of it until we have enough people to convince my wife her car doesn't need a bedroom and we can take the whole thing over.

We have 4 barbells now - a cheap one good enough for squats, one with tighter knurling for BP/DL, a pendlay for quick lifts, and a women's barbell for those with light presses or who prefer a narrower bar. 280kg of bumpers and 15kg of fractionals. A chinup bar. Bunch of KB. And foam roller, ab wheel, that sort of thing. CD player and barbeque. It's enough for my lifters at the moment, of which there are roughly 12 (a couple come intermittently from interstate).

    Nice gym, Kyle!

I'll play too. Here is my garage:

My photos will be coming about a year from now.

Kyle, who's the tallest lifter you have? Does he/she ever have trouble with the cross beams while pressing? I would definitely not be able to press in that garage reliably. Chebass's garage looks more like mine.

My tallest lifter currently is Craig, pictured at far left in the bottom picture, wearing the ACE hoodie. He would hit the beams but presses between them, and does not hit the roof. The garage slants down, being one brick's height higher at the back than the bottom - for drainage, so there's slightly more room at the big door side than the back. For half the year we can step outside.

We make the best use of the space we've got...

Not a "garage", but a "closet" gym. It's a tight fit squeeze, but it works.

Also, I've replaced that bench with the new Rogue 2.0 flat bench.

Next time I set up my squat stands I'll post a picture of my living room gym. Gotta love NY. . .
