    Hello Coaches,

    i would appreciate if you could check my squats again. I struggled a lot with my form and i think its a bit better than before. Every help is welcome...

    They are all shallow and you have a distinctive lack of hip drive that gets *a little* better toward the end of the set as you get tired.

    Depth: gotta get deeper. Drop some weight and work this.

    Knees: watch the first two reps, knees never stop moving forward and then moving back throughout the entire rep. After that, they seem to find a spot part way up. SHOVE the KNEES OUT.

    Hips: Need to come straight up out of the bottom. Watch your hips throughout and you will see a *better* hip drive towards the end of the set.
