    I've had a devil of a time unlearning Press 1.0 and doing 2.0. When I'd get up to work set weight I'd always press too early instead of waiting for the hip rebound.

    I think these are better but would like some more experienced eyes to have a look. On the second rep I believe I start the press too early.

    Pretty good. Let the bar dip slightly prior to pushing it up, not unlike a piston. Drive the hips forward, let the bar dip while staying tight, and drive it up overhead. Now make it heavier.
