On my last form check you informed me that I was descending a bit deep and therefore relaxing. It looks to me that my first couple of reps were decent, but then I begin to relax and go too deep on the last ones. I also widened my grip by about two inches on each side to accommodate for my elbow issue. Thanks for reviewing!

First and last rep looked a little high. Otherwise it looked like a heavy set. Just fine. I suspect you are wearing your belt a little too low.

Here's the bottom of the last rep:

He's out of the hole really fast, but if you pause it at the very bottom or watch it a few times, the rep looks to be plenty deep. It's just a little hard to tell with the camera so far away and high.

Ok, thanks a lot Tom. I will focus on maybe driving my knees out harder to get a little more depth without just totally relaxing. I will also make the adjustment to my belt. So, do those count, and do I get to proceed? Or should I repeat the previous weeks work again?

You are probably right about that. That is what I get for rushing.

Thanks for the feedback guys! Unfortunately for me though I may not be posting a form check again for a while. This damn elbow situation of mine isn't improving
I may have to take a layoff.

I'll probably just direct most of my posts to the bourbon section while I'm on this hiatus

Did we ever discuss some things to do about your elbows?

Yes coach, we did, I'm trying all of the remedies. Nothing seems to be effective. I'm using a tens unit attempting electrical stimulation, along with some light rehab stuff and the Voodoo Floss. Hopefully it starts to heal soon.

I wish you luck. Tendonitis is a bitch.
