    Hello,

    I would again appreciate any comments to my squat attempts (am I at least close?).

    I noticed the following:
    • No shoes (I am no hippie, I will buy them);
    • Maybe not deep enough on some of them;
    • I still have knee slide in spite of using tubow;
    • Hip drive seems to exist but not significantly enough.

    Yeah, your knees going forward at the bottom is not great. Let your knees get further forward earlier in the movement and then lock them there. It is possible there is something interesting going on with your right hip. Get a video directly from behind.

    In the meantime, apart from knee slideslide, do my squat looks reasonable enough to add weight?

    Hello,

    as you recommended I got a video directly from behind. Your sharp eye discovered that my squat is a mess.

    I would hardly call that a mess. You have a hint of shifting around on some reps, but you don't look to have any meaningful asymmetries. I was incorrect in previous concern. Get some shoes and carry on. You are fine.
