    Default Conditioning on Light Squat days

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    After evaluating my self in terms of recovery etc, I found that I do best when I have rest days as just "rest days" I'm a intermediate on HLM programming. Would it be appropriate to perform conditioning Hiit on rower on light squat days? After training.
    I know you advocate that hiit should be performed on rest days, due intensity required. However I always have plenty left in tank after "light" days....

    This is totally fine if you want to do it this way and I find strength gainzZz are better preserved/made with full on "off" days.
