Back Problem - RDL
Hi Mark, I have problems with stiff lower back and hamstrings caused by sitting at a desk all day. I stretch and having accupuncture to help it. Would Romanian deadlift be a worth while addition to my workout to help my back or should I stick with supermans.
Mon
Squat 5 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Bench Press 5 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Chins 3 x max
Supermans 3 x 10
Wed
Lighter Back Squat 4 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Press 4 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Dead Lift 4 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Fri
Squat 5 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Bench Press 5 x 5 (ramping the weight)
Chins 3 x max
Supermans 3 x 10
I try to add 2.5 kg on Mon and Fri to my Squat and Bench Press and 2.5 kg to Press and DL on a Wednesday. In reality I will probably only add to the Bench Press once a week.
Note: There is not bumper of spacer plates at my gym so I'm saving up for my own so I can kearn the Power Clean.

Why would you think Supermans would stretch out your hamstrings?
