New Programming
Well, my experiment with HBBS has come to a screeching halt. I'm going to go back to LB, and do an LP 2x/week until I stall then shift back to weekly work. Still going to do Oly during the week as well, so some adjustments were in order for that.
Have at it, but if you "don't like it" please do me the courtesy of explaining your reasoning and give your "better" solution as well. Thanks.
Monday: Low-Intensity SS Cardio - probably 20-30min of rowing, easy pace
Tuesday: LBBS--> BP/SP--> Oly (~65-75%1RMx10-12singles for both SN & C&J)
Weds: Rest
Thurs: BP/SP--> Oly (% work 75-85% 1RM x8-9 singles)--> DL
Friday: Intervals (DU intervals, 250/500m repeats, sprints)
Sat: LBBS-->BP/SP-->Chin
Sun: Oly ME
