    Default Ibuprofen protocol/ Orange triad multivitamin

    This may be better in the injury forums so feel free to move it. Would using orange triad multivitamin with the ibuprofen protocol (800mg 4x/day x 5 days) cause issues? Glucosamine helps my joint pain though takes a while to work so I’d rather not miss doses. Ingredient list for orange triad is below.

    Why would the multivitamin/NSAID "stack" create a problem?

    I couldn't think of any reasons for vitamins, I was wondering due to the added ingredients.
