275 x 5. 51 year old man, 6', 193. I did these on heavy day along with heavy squat and heavy press. My program is essentially the post-novice for older trainees detailed in PPST3.
I know my work set poundage is modest, but I worked back up after a hamstring injury in June. Here's a link to the form check on that (a single at 305):

I'm entered in the October Iron Fest in ATL in about 3 weeks and just want to make sure my form is on point. If all goes as planned, I can hit that modest personal milestone of a 315 or more single.

Textbook.
Only thing I would say is try to get the bar below the knees when putting the bar down before bending them. Easier on the patella that way.
