Intensity Day, 300x5 Squat Form Check
Hey Coaches,
I recently began Texas Method a few weeks ago and this is a set of 5 on ID. Any form issues that can be worked out? I'm 20, 159 lbs, my VD squat was 255 lbs.

You start your squat by setting and then a strange pop of the hips as you seem to set your back into overextension. Knee travel is not horrible, however they don't really find their place until the bottom.
At the start you do a fine job of setting your spine to neutral, keep it there! Shove your knees out, much harder than you are and do the squat.
Your reps are inconsistent in depth, getting shallow as the set goes on.
