The weight was so heavy and I must have forgotten how many reps I had done and on my last attempt which I failed, I thought it was my 5th rep. After watching the video though I realized I had already done 5 reps.

    How's my form?

See how your ass raises up before the pull starts? This means it was too low.

Thanks coach! Your feedback is very much appreciated.

I will post an update in a week or two when I have gotten stronger and the weight does not feel so heavy.

You will have gotten stronger when the weight that feels heavy is actually heavier than the weight that feels heavy now. Then the weight that feels heavy now will be a warmup for the weight that feels heavy then. But the weight will always feel heavy or you're not lifting enough weight. Clear?

Yes that makes perfect sense. I think it was more of a mental thing than anything else. I've been able to progress in a linear fashion fairly well for the last three months and the weight suddenly felt more heavy than usual. Part of it is not getting enough sleep and consequently not recovering well enough. But it's not bad for an old fart like me that really started training properly only 4 months ago.
