My money is on bloating. Just get a fibre supplement like metamucil, cut back to caloric maintenance and watch salt intake if you've being eating too much of it.
This past week I've drastically increased my food intake because I had a meet coming up and I was at the bottom of my weight class and I wanted to be recovered. I weighed myself today and I'm just under 215 on a bathroom scale. Thats almost 10 pounds in a week (I was just over 205). Frankly I'm surprised that this kind of weight gain was possible in a week. Now I'm just kinda worried about making weight. Thoughts?

It's some sort of bloat, glycogen, water retention, stuff like that. I doubt it's actual tissue.
10 lbs of fat would be a 35k calorie surplus in 7 days, amounting to a 5k cal surplus a day. That can be ruled out off the bat. It's most likely all water. Everybody will weigh a few pounds off at times of the day, depending on many different variables. When you weighed yourself the first time, you were probably closer to the lower boundary of possible deviation. The increased food intake no doubt came with additional salt. And salt comes with water, obviously.
You'd be surprised how easy it is to manipulate your weight with water. Wrestlers do it on a regular basis.
