Completed workout 2 of SS tonight...
umm, that answered a whole bunch of questions...
used an excel starting strength logbook to schedule the program
* Like why power cleans... (that was an eye opener).
* Like why not pull-ups (see above, I think I might possibly have been able to sneak a few in on deadlift day when I was 16 but I could just be fooling myself. Probably am)
* Like proper warm-up sets... doh.. 20 years later... now they tell me.
* Gallon of Milk a Day... I can't remember being this hungry.
* Shoulders are kind of creaky and I'm going to have to watch my form carefully but SS is amazingly low joint impact for such a high intensity of effort. Again exercise selection makes a bit more sense now.
I'm going to go eat something.
