    Karl/Rob,

    Hey guys,
I am wondering your thoughts on the Uncle Ben's microwavable pouches. Reason i ask as they are incredibly handy for work and taste so much better than rice reheated in the microwave at work. (The Mexican Rice tastes damn delicous too). Are the ingredients ok by you guys? I know in the plain basmati there is sunflower oil and only salt but the Mexican hast quite a few more ingredients and i hear that if your "fluffier" food should be single ingredients. If i'm 20-25% bf am i ok using the Uncle Ben's rice. My lunch is normally 150g cooked chicken breast, 1 bag of microwavable steamed veg and the pouch of mexican rice. The mexican rice makes a rather bland meal taste alot better.

Should be fine. If you are fluffier, what's most important is calories, and then macronutrient proportions. Keep within reasonable bounds and you'll be ok.

I live off Uncle Ben's microwaveable rice as well as the wonderful Idahoan mashed potatoes. There are new flavor of those (the potatoes) out btw. Pretty dang good.

I’ve always been partial to the balsmatti but it’s always sold out.
