That is more like a press 1.5. A little bit of hip movement, but no bounce. They look good. Keep adding weight.
Congrats on entering the meet. Anyone considering doing so should compete. In which location are you lifting?

I know my workset poundage is modest. I do Press 1.0 because I had a tendency to keep my hips forward and lose ab tightness when I've tried 2.0. I'll go back and try 2.0 after October Iron Fest is over. (It's the first meet I ever entered). I'm not sure I should try a new technique with the meet only 5 weeks out.

Thanks. I'm more than fine about calling it press 1.5 instead.
I entered to lift at the ATL meet. I've done camps at AK Crossfit with Darren and Steve and know what a great setting it is.
