    Hello coaches,

    This is my squat form today.

    I realized I leaned forward a lot in the last rep.

    While typing this, my left hip flexors are kind of hurt. I never squat this heavy since like 2 years ago.

    You are back on your heels for a few of your reps, but those look good overall. I would consider some weightlifting shoes. They may help a bit with your tendency to to be back so far. Nice work.
