    Posting this because i've been experimenting with breaking at the hips versus breaking at the knees. Breaking at the hips allows me to prevent knees from traveling forward throughout the entire movement, so it feels like this may be the right approach. This video is 3 reps @ 185 with me attempting to break at the hips first.

    Squats look okay except from that forward shift that happens at the bottom. I recommend getting your knees slightly further forward early in the movement and staying in the middle of the foot as your drive your butt up.
