Default Form check on 425 squat single (slo-mo)

I tried the new slo-mo feature on my iPhone, but it makes the lift look grindy. I was testing a new 1 rep max after having done my normally programmed 375x5 and then a 405x2.

Also, should I be chalking my back/the bar so that it stays in place? I haven't had a problem with the bar shifting but wasn't sure if it was necessary/prudent.

You also appear to be doing a high bar squat. Is this your goal? I am, in general, confused about what you want. If you are trying to do a low bar squat, I would tell you to change a number of things. Further, I would tell you to send me a set of five because a limit single doesn't work well for form checks. Lastly, slo mo video effects while neat only serve to further confuse what you are doing.

I'm confused if the entire video is slow-mo, or just the bounce and first part of the ascent.

I'll post a set of five next time. No slo mo.
