Fractured Rib from front squats
So I just fractured my rib maxing on f*king front squats...anyone else ever done that...if so, how long till it fixed itself?

so as you see the muscles between the ribs. tore one pretty good.
I went from DLing 700+ to not being able to lift 95 lbs. It took about 5 weeks to get back. Be smart train hard but do things that cause little or no pain and its likely going to require you not use the normal wanted abdominal pressure
