I trust it's been a good day. I have a couple of questions, and i was wondering about your views on the subject:

1) Are these things, three completely different processes, and require independent attention to each:

A) Strength- which we achieve, through a normal work out.

B) Conditioning: which would be through sprinting and prowler sessions

C) fat loss.

How much of an overlap exists between the three, in your experience? Or will giving each one individual attention garner the best possible results?

2) how much gluteal activation is present in a front squat? Does the posterior chain play a significant part in getting a weight up.
