Thinking of adding dips and chins starting 1 workout per week. Looking for a belt to incrementally add weight. Any recommendations?

Spud INC dip belt or the one from IronMind.

I love my Spud belt. I ditched the steel chain for some rock climbing "daisy chains" and it's much more lightweight and comfortable. It's even strong enough to load it up for hip belt squats.

Spudd belts are one of the best that I've seen.

    Daisy Chains are GREAT!

Rogue sells a dip belt. I'd probably start with a DIY solution, then buy one later once I've exceeded the capacity. Ross Enamait uses a pool noodle with chains running through it to left more than 200 pounds. Google it.
