It looks fine. If you're using it as an accessory lift you're not going to need a heavy duty piece.
Should I buy this incline bench/decline bench. I already have a flat bench that is awesome. I want an incline decline to use. Its about an hour drive but only 100$. I just don't wanna drive all the way out there to find out it feels like crap or hurts in the lumbar region.
Its a keys brand.

Looks pretty good, just make sure it will fit inside your rack.
Looks like a piece of crap. Are your really contemplating declines? Or would you use it for inclines? Either way, I'd pass.
Scroll down. It looks pretty good to me, they have similar in gyms I go too that have survived decades of public use. I think declines are not a very useful path to go down, cannot really comment on equipment for them. But for inclines it should be great as long as it fits inside the rack.
I'd see if you can get the model number. I bought some free weights that came with a bench when the Mrs. started. I Googled the bench and it had a weight rating of 300lbs...so I couldn't even do a warm-up set on it. Thankfully somebody took it off my hands so at least it's out of the house.
I disagree. That complicated seat looks like it will either be wobbly or otherwise give out when doing inclines.
