    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    I've searched but it found no results. It's not in the book either.

    What is it? And at what stage could a novice consider it?

    It's also outlined in PPST:2 if I remember correctly. My memory is rusty, but I believe you add a "light" squat day mid-week after your first stall on squats while everything else stays the same. Rip goes into quite a bit of detail in the book though.

    It's a method to continue having your squat be miles ahead of all your other lifts... come at me bros (not srs)
