    Hey choach
For the last 2 months, my main training was consist of sprints, plyometrics
    and some squat/power cleans.
Today i have done something stupid and the result was that i have got hit in my right shin from an iron by falling on it.
Im having lots of pain and hard time walking.
What should i do in order to make the shin heal as fast as possible and continue my sprints?
Im putting ice on the place and taking ibufrofen for tha pain.
Is it ok for me to sprint with some pain in the tibia?
    Thanks..

You'll need to ice it 20min on/20 min off all day. You have a periosteal hematoma, a bone bruise. Painful. No fun. Ice it. The pain will control your activity nicely.

    I didn't follow...
will it be o.k to train with "some" pain while under Ibuprofen and the ice thing?

Don't do anything that hurts so bad that you can't do it.
