Good afternoon,

I am returning to the weight room after a nearly 4 year lay-off. In those years I have used my right as an American to be fat and lazy. Now that I am sufficiently lardy, and none the less lazy, I have decided to get myself strong again.

Since I'm a glutton for internet punishment I am posting a log here for you all to see.

Since I'm in my almost-mid thirties I thought it best to take a slow approach back. I'm considering the first two weeks as warm up training days before the weight becomes sufficiently heavy and causes stress on my system. I know this isn't what most people will do, but I'm not most people.

Pre-amble - I can not do cleans. I have an injury to my right wrist that makes it impossible for me to rack the bar. I have a pin in there and can not bend it back in any way.
