SS and blood and guts ...
after getting all my lifts at a respectable level. and a few stalls i was thinking of doing the 6 week hit program, what do people think of HIT training and especially D.yates program?
would anyone suggest Dogcraps over blood and guts?
When i was younger and trained with a world strong man competitor he always preached to train to failure is to fail/.
I find now after being on ss for so long, i am strong but high body fat and a gut and thighs so big that make jean shopping impossible. i might be thick and STRONG, but i do look like a fat slob lol.
PS. thanks for the pro tip on the boards about what jeans are OK to by ( the levis ones)
