Upper body training during knee injury recovery
Coach Rip,
I started the Practical Programing Novice Program about a month ago and I'm extremely happy with the results.
However my right knee got injured yesterday in a rock climbing accident and I will therefore not be able to squat or deadlift for a few workouts.
My question is this:
Should I just skip squats and deadlifts during these workouts and do the presses and chin-ups/pull-ups as usual or should I add some exercises for my abs and my back e.g. back extentions and hanging leg raises?
