Hi Coach
When at the lockout position at the top of the press, should we imagine shrugging our shoulders up or shrugging our upper back up. When I shrug my shoulders the bar feels easily supported but it doesn't feel like I am activating my traps which is what is confusing me.
Btw, I did the Starr Rehab for my groin and it worked great! After failing at 220, I'm at 245 for my work sets for squat.

Shrug your shoulders up. You can't do this without your traps. And I'm happy to hear about your groin.
