I have found that if you take a big breath then add a little to it, you have in fact taken a bigger breath.

I just watched the video of you pulling 500 lbs. I noted the small set of 'sup' breaths you take. I did my basic forum search but as I'm not sure what to call them it didn't get me anywhere. The question is why? Why a bunch of small breaths instead of one large one? What is the advantage? Inquiring minds want to know. I can't say I've seen anyone else do it. No criticism, just honest curiosity.
