Work Hard, Train Harder!
I'm officially three months from my frst PL meet, can't say I'm as excited as I am nervous. However, training has been going well since I started TM for my squats, bench, and press. I have started a 5/3/1 template for my deads because they have been stuck for some time now.

Today I felt totally exhausted before even going to the gym, but I sucked it up and finished my major lifts. Doing DLs and CGBP in the morning with some conditioning.
