    Hi Rip,

This is me squatting 215 lbs. I'm 23, 1.70m tall and weigh 166lbs. (My last deadlift was 260 lbs)

I've been seriously doing SS for about 4-5 months and my squat stalled at 220 lbs and I made a little reset, though I feel that I'm going to stall (again) pretty soon. I've been drinking more and more milk for two weeks (I'm now swallowing half a GOMAD and trying to increase it) and I've seen very good results in my bodyweight.

    Anyway, side view:

After watching the videos I think I'm not squatting deep enough, is that true? I usually go deeper but since I used to squat ATG I still don't know when I'm just below parallel, sometimes I squat too deep and sometimes not deep enough. (promise it will get fixed very soon)

Appreciate your time and great feedback and if my squat needs to be yelled at, please do so.

    Thanks!

Hard to tell about your depth, looks like it might stand another 1/2 inch. But the squat looks fine. Better than your pnigro buddy who lifts his chest a bit early.

Doesn't look like you're that close to stalling to me, especially if you'd start taking a few breaths in between reps.
