The Brachial Plexus Issue
Hey Coach Rip,
Low Bar Squats have been hurting my inner bicep, and it now hurts on snatches as well. How could I determine if this is a brachial plexus issue or if it is a grip thing or something else?

Nothing wrong with your grip here, certainly nothing that would cause a brachial plexus problem like you describe. Must be a pre-existing deal. Start with a hard massage, maybe chiropractic, then if you get no relief see a neurologist about it.
