They work, It helped my deadlift and improved my posture. Plus they put a good bit of mass on my traps and neck.
Has anyone thats done them gotten good trap and upper back development from them? I know they were the rage a bit back when Rip released the video on them, and I watched some people doing them in their logs, but of those people, who really feels like they benefited from them a lot?
I'm going on kind of a volume/building phase, and I really want to focus on my back, as its overall probably my weakest point, and whats been holding back my deadlift. So I'm wondering if the people who have done them like them for increasing trap and upper back strength.

My traps seem to grow almost by accident, but I have done them once a week for a month or so and my traps seemed to grow a bit.
