    Default Squat Check, Please

Last time I posted here I was told to keep my back tighter and drive straight up to avoid overextending/movement in the lower spine. Hopefully I've done better by now...

First Video is me doing a 90KG/200lbs squat, second video I squat 95KG and it is filmed from behind and you can see my hip moving to the left on a few reps. My training partner told me that this got more excessive with the set after that, my final (3rd) set for today. Do I need to worry about this, if so what can I do? I had surgery on my left ankle because of an impingement in May (which went fairly good), so that might explain the imbalance.

Any help would be much appreciated

I don't see anything appreciably wrong with these. Stance seems a bit wide (maybe an inch), and toes could use to be turned out a bit more. Might be a little high, but it's hard to tell due to clothing selection. Black may be slimming, but it is a poor color to wear for form checks, and is usually selected by someone trying to hide something, so answer me this: What are you trying to hide from us?

I'm trying to hide my fat gut Seriously though, I just like black and the afromentioned hips shifting has been my only concern so far. I think I am hitting depth alright and will probably do so more sucessfully now with a little less wide stance and a tad more toes-outedness. Thanks for the advice! I'll come back here once I've added some more weight on the bar.

The bolded part is an excellent observation. KNEES OUT GETS DEPTH, esp when stance is correct.
