i just watched this:

my question 1 is: when do i start rehabbing with box squats? can i work through a little pain or should i start box squatting at the onset of discomfort to prevent further inflammation?
my question 2 is: typically speaking, how much am i going to have to take off the bar if i start doing box squats?

1. When your knees get bad enough, you'll know.
2. About 25% deload will be the place to start.
