First post to this new log here. My name is Alec and I love lifting weights. I plan to take that love one day and total 1400lbs @ 148 on a powerlifting platform. For now though, I will train.
Current personal bests are:
500lbs back squat (515 w/ wraps)
420lbs front squat
585lbs deadlift
290lbs bench press
310lb jerk
265lb power clean
220lb power snatch
Currently, I weigh about 155lbs and am chasing a 550lbs squat, 315lb bench, and 600lb deadlift. Here is a video of my most recent squat PR from a couple weeks ago, as well as a clip of my training from yesterday where I did some block pulls to give my hip some rest (it has been bothering me for the last week or so after I experimented with a wider squat stance).
