Hey Nave,
I think you are loose in your abs and definitely in your quads. Widen your stance a little, and then lock your knees very hard, as if showing off your quads. Take a deep, huge breath, and tighten your abs as if you are going to get punched. Then, push your hips hard into that tightness on the front of you. You need to be both tighter and get more hip motion.
Also, Nave, you've had us do a lot of form checks for you. Can I point you to

to find an in person coach? Online coaching is also an option, although it's best to get in-person work. I work for startingstrengthonlinecoaching.com. There are some other options out there, too.

I'm from israel, so in person coaching with ssc is not an option. I'm reading and watching every thing i can and work my form every time i train. That forum helped me alot and i feel like im in good place with my form now, and it's getting better every week.
Please let me know If it's ok to keep posting here form checks from time to time.
